TILOS is supported by a wide range of professional services to ensure you get the most from your investment in a reasonable short time. Our professional services teams are skilled in project management methodologies and especially linear scheduling method. Thanks to its open interfaces TILOS can be integrated into you existing IT solution, exchanging data with Estimate, CAD and other Project Management solutions.

 

Training

We run public courses both at our Training Centre in Karlsruhe. Public courses follow a pre-set programe content.

 

If you have four or more people who need to be trained on TILOS, then a customised training course could be the best option. Prior to the course, an ASTA representative will contact you to discuss and agree the training programme. The course can be tailored precisely to your requirements.

 

Consultancy

ASTA has 7 years experience in preparing linear schedules for construction projects. The ASTA Professional Services team assists on a company specific implementation and collaborates with your team to reach your goals quickly.

 

Support Contract

The ASTA Support Contract entitles you to a comprehensive range of technical services. Support is provided by Email, Fax and Telefone. Our support centre tries to answer all incoming enquiries in short time during 8am and 6pm central European time.

 

The support contract offers technical support hotline and free software upgrades.

 

We typically release a major version upgrade approximately every 12 to 18 months, with minor upgrades throughout the year. The up-grades always reflect feedback from our customers at the user group meetings. In addition, our aim is to ensure that the ‘look and feel’ of your software is carried over to the latest version – making the transition as easy as possible.


Netviewer

Netviewer is used by ASTA to make presentations and trainings via the internet. On demand of our consulter.
